Our first book!
Issue #13: 14 years, 50 startups. Everything we’ve learned… finally written down
A year ago, our Comms team said we should put Hexa's startup-building methodology on paper.
It felt both obvious and a bit scary.
For 14 years, we’ve been building startups from scratch - teaming up with founders, launching products, and doing the operational work of turning early-stage ideas into functioning companies. Over 50 of them so far, including Aircall, Spendesk, Front, Swan, and Yousign.
We’d never written down how we do it - not because there wasn’t a method… but because we were too busy using it.
Today, that changes - we’ve published our first book.
It’s called The 10x Method, and it’s 241 pages of super to-the-point advice and stories from Hexa's founders, partners, and core team covering the first 12 months of company building. No filler!
With all the AI-generated content flooding the startup-advice space right now, we hope The 10x Method cuts through some of the noise.
We can’t wait for you to read it.
1️⃣0️⃣ Why we wrote it
Most startup books tell the story of a single founder. We wanted to reveal the repeatable, proven framework behind three unicorns and dozens of fast-growing B2B startups.
Developed by Hexa, this approach has produced three unicorns - ten times the global average - and has been tested across a wide range of industries, ideas, and founding teams. Now, for the first time, this framework is being shared publicly.
